Larry W. Love is a full-time attorney-mediator and a seasoned business professional, with significant negotiation and resolution experience. His solution development expertise has established a proven record of accomplishment in bringing parties together, thinking in the alternative, and successfully reaching mutually beneficial agreements. Larry brings to the settlement table his more than 20 years of business-to-business negotiation experience as a manager within a group of Fortune 100 companies. During his business and mediation career he has negotiated over 400 two and multi-party transactions placing him in the role of consultant, advisor and mediator. As an attorney in private practice, he successfully represented his clients’ interests in a wide-ranging span of matters including banking, real estate, probate and corporate transactions.

Larry skillfully helps to resolve disagreements and find common denominators in a mixture of mediation and negotiation situations including Creditor/Debtor matters, Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Business Contracts and Business-to-Business Disputes, Real Estate, Professional Fees, and Outsourced Technology. He has conducted pre-suit negotiations and continues to serve successfully as a qualified and credentialed neutral in pending suit mediations.

Larry was an Attorney in full time private practice from 1974-1978 until recruited to be a business management negotiator in the telecommunications industry. His career in commercial negotiation and corporate relationship management lasted from 1978 to 2001. His success was recognized with many awards. He is the founder of Mediation Dallas LLC –and has been a Full time Mediator from 2001 until present. Larry is a co-founder and continues to serve as a Managing Partner with A Meeting of Minds LLC, A Dispute Solutions Company targeting dispute settlements within companies before they escalate to the lawsuit stage. He is a Credentialed Advanced Mediator – Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and is a Certified Mediator – Association of Attorney Mediators. Larry provides service back to the community, serving as a member on various local Bar Association committees and as a Pro Bono Volunteer Mediator - Dispute Mediation Services of Dallas. He is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.

Mediation Formats
Tailored formats are available including hourly, half-day and full-day sessions. Successful mediations have included 2-3 hour conferences and remote presence via telephone. Larry’s focus is to customize the mediation session to the needs of the case and not vice versa.
